Finally back in the Game

After being a little bit pathetic over the last three weeks I finally got back onto my bicycle today for a decent ride, feeling rather healthy for a change and very proud of myself. Will be taking things quite easily for now as there is no need to overdo things, but I am really looking forward to what lies ahead and am glad that I am finally back up and riding again!
